D. Penalty for Failure to Post a Privacy Notice on the Website and Patient Portal.

14. If the National Privacy Commission (NPC) issues an enforcement notice requesting that you either place a Privacy Notice on your site, or cease processing data, failure to comply with could result in prosecution with a possible penalty of FOUR MILLION PESOS (PHP4,000,000.00).‍
